CANCELATION CONDITIONS

If the booking is cancelled or the stay is not taken, a reasonable compensation for the preparations made and for the expenses must be paid.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing.

30 - 21 days before arrival: 25% of the agreed price

20 - 16 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed price

15 - 11 days before arrival: 75% of the agreed price

10 - 1 days before arrival: 90% of the agreed price

Cancellations on the same day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the agreed price.

When ordering by telephone, the contract comes into effect upon receipt of your reservation request, without our written confirmation being required. All suites and holiday apartments are non-smoking rooms. Pets are only allowed on request in respective suites.

Place of performance and place of jurisdiction for both parties is Bernkastel-Kues.

In the city of Bernkastel-Kues including districts (Andel and Wehlen) the following GUEST CONTRIBUTION applies from April 1st, 2018:

The city of Bernkastel-Kues has an excellent tourist infrastructure for its guests. The well-kept medieval city center of Bernkastel, the newly renovated Landshut Castle, an attractive cultural program, the well-kept spa park, attractive riverside areas on the Moselle and a wonderful network of cycling and hiking trails with the Moselsteig and many holiday country hiking trails as well as the tourist information and the spa guest center are just a few examples.

The guest contribution, which is collected by the city of Bernkastel-Kues, helps to finance part of the tourist offers. The contribution of € 1.50 per person and night will be charged by the host and is not included in the room rate. Children and young people up to the age of 18 are exempt from the guest fee.

Guest contribution payers receive the Bernkastel-Kues guest card from their host. This offers you numerous discounts during your stay.
