Saskia Andrea Prüm holds a degree in engineering for viticulture and has been working at the winery, guiding its rapid expansion with a focus on winemaking, marketing, and organization since 2005.

She bears the winery’s initials and proudly broke with tradition to become on the 1st of July 2017 the first woman to ever stand at its helm. Under the watchful eyes of Saskia and the guidance of the VDP, S.A. Prüm is sure to enjoy continued success and growth in all aspects of the business.


Raimund Prüm alias „the Red Prüm“, inherited the vineyards in 1971. Since this time he has modernised the winery and developed the vineyards, consistently producing wines with an International following. The vineyards are located in some of the best vineyard sites of the middle Moselle.

Since he handed over the S. A. Prüm wine estate to his daughter he's responsible for the export business and the Wein- und Landhaus Raimund Prüm guest suites and apartments.

supports Raimund at his work in the export, ran for many years her own restaurant in Finland and assist the Guesthouse Manager in design layout and service standards of the guesthouse/breakfast areas.
